Any plans to get rid of cheats in Dayz?

If you just search for "Dayz Che ats" on Youtube or even Google, you can easily find vids and the cheats that these people use.

I had to look up how bad Dayz cheat problem is after some asshole was able to stay invisible around me while playing music over his mic and was able to teleport on top of me the whole time, meaning I was unable to escape him or outrun him.

Is this shit ever getting fixed? this should be their primary goal at this point. These is no place for such cheats in a game like Dayz. These fucking cheaters can see u within 1k meters, even can see/shoot u through walls. They also have aimbot... There's no point in even playing this game against something like that.

 

Edit: by the way, the forums sensors the words " Dayz che ats" and replaces the two words together with "***" ... This says alot.
