I noticed that they say on the Xbox screen, there will be a server reset on 16/2/21.

Do they have a time (GMT) officially.

I can't find anything on the web.

Keep a eye on the dayz twitter as they seem to update the info on there first. They usually post times for server updates anywhere from the day before to a few hours before it's going to happen.
