Screen Tearing in DayZ, how do i fix it?

Hello,

 

i have now quite long the issue that my screen is tearing constantly and i want to fix it. 

I had tried to turn on and off v-sync the same goes for g-sync, fps limiter in game and third-party software, everything 

wasn´t working. I reinstalled the game, moved it from HDD to SSD and even reinstalled steam. After this all didn't work

i tried to change settings in graphic and i only fixed some fps issues but i still have time to time a really bad lag.

 

My PC is actually decent and i don´t understand why this is happening!

Here are my specs:

AMD Ryzen 5 3600

GTX 1660 SUPER

RAM 16GB

Motherboard: MSI B450M PR-VHD PLUS

My windows is the latest version (and yes i tried to install a different version and it didn´t help)
