Hanging on the kill.

I started hanging up the game for 1-2 seconds when I kill a zombie, a human, or a suicide. I have a stable 60 frames per second, hits do not hang, but only kill . And freeze for 1-2 seconds . I've already completely reinstalled everything, absolutely everything. The PC message is checked, there are no errors. What could it be ? Freeze only when you kill!
