The developers are stifling military base pvp, by making military bases not worth traveling to.

People would actually go to military bases and fight eachother more if the loot at military bases was worth going there for in the first place. They're trying to encourage people to fight, raid, and trade, but it's only encouraging duping once you get an AR, or raiding. 

 

Encouraging raiding, is a good thing, but it's not encouraging actual military base pvp, I've been to NWAF on full official servers, (60 people) and ran around the base for an hour with my sks. No gunshots, no people in sight. And of course, not a single gun to be found.

 

NWAF and Tisy and Kamensk and all these military bases were built for pvp, and the devs are actively stifling what these locations were meant for. 

 

It's supposed to be high risk high reward BUT THERE'S NEITHER RISK NOR REWARD.
