fps going down after reloading

Hello there ,
After a long time, I reinstalled dayz: my spec i7 7700k with a gtx 1070 and a 16 go ram.
I tried to use some computer monitoring software to see what the problem was, but it didn't help me.
I experience a weird frame drop when I face sunlight: drop from 90 to 50 ish, sometimes even less depending on the location.
