Doing a pathping on official servers. What is going on?

I tried a pathping to official NL servers that seem highly populated. Result gave me 11 hops to final server IP. Among them are two IPs, one in Great Britain and one in Washington, USA, that always return 100/100 packet loss.

End result, even though the game shows 80-90 ms in the launcher to those servers, I always get kicked out with high latency messages.

If I am south EU based, what's the need of hopping to GB and all the way to US to finally get back to NL?

NL servers are unjoinable because of this.

Any staff wants to chime in?
