Update 1.10 bugs! Launch crash. Memory cannot be read

I bought the game. I started it. In addition to the error "the memory cannot be read", I did not see anything else. I hope I will thank you not only for this

After Update 1.10 my friend cannot launch the game too. He also have 8 GB RAM in his machine. 
It`s minimum system requirements. Something change or it is a bug in update?
