I have always loved the interaction in DayZ more than just blasting, I don't want essays to join or 5 pages of rules. Play it like a paintball game, if you are in earshot then talk or call the surrender rule (some stipulations may be needed). The server is simply passworded for now so let's have fun and enjoy the organic moments.

I have currently removed the password so let's see what happens. But going forward I am interested in finding someone to help run/head-admin the server. 

A bit of a description, I love in-game interaction and immersion in the organic moments of video games; I don't mind mods but don't like when it's a giant laundry list of them, in the same vein I don't like making people fill out essays or follow a thousand rules.
