New unknown instrument

I was updating my private server's xml files to the new 1.10 with my changes and I found this.
In ^ types.xml ^ I have this new string

But I can't find what ^ Fabric ^ is exactly.
What the hell is that?

I believe this is the new material tarp, used to build shelters.
