Survivor does not die or da respwan

Good to all!

I have a server that most players can get into, but a player appeared yesterday trying to get in and the same one dying continued to run (playing), even if I killed him, he continued to play, but I couldn't interact with objects or animations, he did the reinstallation of the game and mods,
has anyone been through this and has a solution? I would be very grateful!
