Canopy tents unpackable

So I came accross the find of all my gameing THUS far.....8 canopy tents in the middle of the woods.....but all of them was purposely placed to prevent pickup, the little bag you have to interact with was clipped into the ground and no matter how hard I wriggled, I could not get the prompt to pop up....yes, the tents was empty and yes they did seem rather old and unused {I only found a medical thermometer in one of them} So Im kinda curiouse, is there any way of getting them? Is there another way to interact with it to pack it?

If not, what should I do?

If you find the system, even after a long time, please post it below.
It happened to me by mistake, my first big tent, in my base, I put it without paying attention to the bag (first time I put up a tent, I didn't even know about the bag to repack it) and I put it where I could and the bag is under a pile of earth. When I needed to move it, I couldn't do it anymore, not even digging with a shovel. That time the tents weren't even destructible, otherwise I would have. Now I'm fine with that, things have evolved and complicated.
Now they have changed the characteristics of the curtains and it is difficult to position them almost anywhere that is not perfectly flat. But the tents in the streets and squares are completely useless: a ticket should be opened.
And at the moment I keep the base as it is, but I have always been curious about how (and "if") it is possible to pack a tent without being able to see the bag.
But I'm afraid it's not possible and whoever set up those tents did it on purpose.
If you need them interact every 45 days, otherwise they disappear.
If they bother you they are now destructible (it seems to me).
If you wanted to move them, I think it's impossible (by now), but ... if anyone knows the system ...
