Disapearing items? In hands?!?!?

So Iv had a lovely couple of instances now where I have lost some items randomly now, the first one is a huge bummer. I lost a bag I was carrying, and it had a car radiator I was going to use to fix up another car. =/ Video of instance here: https://gamerdvr.com/gamer/wizardo3/video/116041222

The second one, I believe was just bad luck with the despawn timer.....I hit something with my car and it busted the radiator, was able to get the important stuff out first without too much care about the stuff in the back, but still I kinda wanted it. However apparently within render range and only about a 7-10 minutes, it poofed. Again, I have video, but did not wait for it to upload, will do when I get the chance.

Last but not least, I have been noticing things just randomly disappearing around my base....I had placed a cookpot and gas canister combo on top of a table in my main house and noticed that it seems to have fallen not only through the table but also through the floor where I can kinda see the handle, but am not able to interact with it......Am slowly growing a pinch frustrated with how things have been going lately.....Will attempt to establish a flag pole to see where things go after that, but if all the loot just keeps disappearing, then the only thing this game is good for is just a weird battle royal at this point in time. =/
