Stuck in Debug forest

Not asking to be teleported out or anything But I'm stuck in the debug forest and would like if possible to have a compass added to my inventory to enable me to navigate out. Don't care if it gets removed after i get out and i'll reply to this thread when I do but don't want to lose my 4th set of gear this week due to glitches.

if it's the forest and not the plains then run 20 minutes East. Some say the clouds travel east.
