I have tried to rearrange items in my packs, pant and vest. But have not been able to get it o work.

I have seen the hold A button to move but it is not working.  Am I missing something simple?

This took me a while to get to work as well. Sometimes I would have to close the inventory, re-open it, place the item in my hand, then use the hold A method to the bag I want to use. It worked better when transferring to a fire though.
