Sudden fps change

I have been playing Day Z for a week now with no problems, but when i tried to play today i got a constant fps of 5. changing the settings didn't work at all and if i am lucky I get 9 fps.

Before this happened (which means yesterday) i had between 30 and 60 fps.

My specs are

i3-2100 dual core 3.10 ghz

6 gb ram

and a gtx 560ti oc to 900 mhz.

I usually run with high settings.
