Black screen , (ends up crashing on startup up)

So i had an issue with one of my mods for dayz ,  i ended up verfiying game files like i usually do , then after i had done that , my game had this black screen and browser loading icon saying does not respond . So then i had uninstalled , Verified files many times , deleted all files of dayz and reinstalled again , even full reset my computer , none of these options worked . ive had admins from servers help , friends , random people none of their options worked for me . i have seen more n more people around discussions and forums having this same issue . Ive had ideas it could be battle eye , or the dgx files , something could be wrong but i simply just do not know . I also started up dayz experiemental and it worked , every other harder game i have that is harder to run than dayz works , its not my specs but specs are i5-6400 16 gb ram 3200mghz 1080ti 12gb 1tb hdd and 500gb ssd - ive never had this issue in over 900 hours of playing . i miss dayz , havent played in2 -3 weeks because of this issue , someone please help . 

Be informed , ive even followed steps currently known to uninstall and verify files , or delete all files manually and re install , to even "steam games not launching" heard that was an issue followed many steps to see if that was it and it wasnt so i need some help please please:(
