Own sound effects dissapeared in 1st person mode only

2 days ago my own sound effects (footsteps, loading mags etc) dissapeared whenever in 1st person mode. The sound effects works fine when i switch out to 3rd person!
It is only sound effects created from my own player that are gone ...sound effects from other players and zombies work fine... ambient sounds work fine. I notice that my own sound is not 100% gone it is just extremely low. It can be heard very faintly in the background if you turn your headset volume all the way up and there is no wind-ambience.

I tried validating Dayz, reinstalling Dayz, updating GPU drivers etc.

Can some kind person help me out why i am suddenly without warning experiencing this?
