Does anyone play as a casual hermit that leaves gardens for passing strangers? I took a month off unintentionally and came back to my base still mostly untouched with the exception of Some dry bags that didn’t persist.

So I planted a bunch more plants and popped up a canopy to store a bunch of vegetables so peeps who walk by can eat.

I hope it gets to where people won’t kill me because I legit only play to build cool shit and leave people food.

I realized from a post on the Dayz reddit the amount of vegetables/fruits you would need to eat to sustain yourself for a extended session is ridiculously alot. I am not even sure the point of gardening anymore.

I also have figured this out, so I started hunting to leave meat in the tents for passing strangers too. The vegetables provide more nourishment if you cook them first, but I’ve been leaving everything in the tents raw to save my matches.
Now if only I could find some nails to finish my house. 👀
