When its cold, the bloodvessels of your extremities constrict (vasocontriction) keeping the warm blood in the core.Now when you smoke, or drink alcohol the bloodvessels dilate (vasodilation) causing the warm blood in the core to go into your extremities, making you feel warm, but your core temperature drops :). Now, not only are they in general random killers.. to an extent, they make up a large majority of the hacker population.Does not matter what country it is "based in."
