Dont work TimeLogout (plz help me !)

I want change TimeLogout on my server. I change variable in DayZServer\mpmissions\dayzOffline.chernarusplus\db\globals.xml.  <var name="TimeLogout" type="0" value="60"/> but anyway it stay be 15 sec in game. Interesting is that if change TimeLogin it was correct work. Help me plz)

Same issue here. Cant increase or decrease the TimeLogout value, though TimeLogin can be changed just fine.
I've found a few other posts about this exact issue from as far back as July 2020 but no one has give answers for it.
