1.Remove it and it will re-appear upon server restart. Could we have it dissapear instead after X amount of time or permanently deleted of hive after removal using the toolbox?

2.Lower spawn rate on these items too

Lastly these kits do need more hit boxes to remove them especially wirekits as they are just becoming a nuisance.
