Home dayz server help, cannot find in community tab or lan

Hi guys i'm in desperate for help. I installed dayz server, on my server,I followed the guide to the t but its still not working.

The sever is showing its offline so obviously wont be seen in the community tab. I have port forwarded but the ports are still showing closed, i had the server running whilst checking because apparently the port will show closed if nothing its listening to that port.

 i have followed the guide but i stall cannot get it to work. The server starts up fine and loads correctly and had success to steam and shows ports etc. 

i really want this to work

 

I have done a lot of research and believe i have a private IP so yea.I desperately need you guys help to getting it up.

Ps it doesn't show in LAN either
