Such a price would be at least partially justified (IMO) if the new map would offer a noticable different setting, like the far east, mediterrean, etc. So yeah, Tanoa would've been cool, just anything different would be refreshing. (I'd still like to see a original non-easterm-european map for DayZ.)

I'd even pay for any new map to support the development, but a paid map (Arma 3 or not) feels to me like it's slightly separating the player base.

Well, there is Namalsk, which is in development, but we don't know when that will come out.

Oh sweet !! I miss Namalsk so much !! 

I just hope one day we'll either see seasons in game with actual snow\freezing rain etc... 

Or simply a map that is winter based for a much more hardcore survival type of play ! Not only you'd have to stay alert for players, zombies and predators,  adding winter with snow (That produces noisy footsteps) would put this game in a different perspective !
