Connecting Failed - Unknown error - only one network

Hi,
I have the weirdest issue ever ^^ I tried to play DayZ for the first time using my phone (Xperia xz premium - Android 9 (pie) ) network sharing (wireless and USB) but I can't connect to any server. Each time I have "Connecting failed - An unknown error as occured". 
I browsed the net for a fix but nothing did the job … I finally tried on other connections (friend Livebox, friend windows phone and android phones network sharings) on everyone of them i'm able to connect just fine ! 
I can't find any info on the net… 
I've spent days trying to fix it by reseting all my networks config on both devices, but I can't make DayZ to work with my phone network sharing… 
The thing is that it is 99% of the time my only internet access ^^ …
Any idee how to fix this issue ?

Uninstalling and installing the game does not work, as well as DAYZSA laucher …. 

Please help me …. 
I want to play ^^
