Missed connection

You were trapped in a shed, I was wandering around laying waste to the infected with my axe.  You called out and I gave you some supplies and walked away.  Then I found an axe and wanted to give it to you, so I ran back looking for you.  We met up again by a railroad yard.  I turned on my mic and we talked for a bit and went to kill some more zombies.  That’s when it happened.  You were injured.  As we went into a large garage to look around I noticed you were bleeding.  You put on a bandage, but it was too late, you lost too much blood.  You passed out and I performed CPR and revived you, four times.  We made a plan to meet up. You said you didn’t know your way around.  I don’t either.  But, I said, “Let’s meet in Kamyshovo, It’s a large town on the coast, can’t miss it.”  You finally succumbed to your injuries. I started to walk South hoping to meet up.  I arrived in town, killed a few more zombies (one looked like an ex-girlfriend, weird) and I waited.  Then as I looked for a hospital to loot, I saw it. The sign telling Kamyshovo was 3 KM away.  And then it dawned on me, I got my city names mixed up, I was in Elektrozavodsk.  I ran the entire way to Kamyshovo.  I searched the town 3 times looking for you.  Realizing we didn’t set a specific building to meet at I ran to the Police Station.  There I found a body, just outside of the back door.  Not one of the infected.  He was a newly spawned survivor.  My heart sank.  I spent the next 3 hours killing every zombie that dared to come into Kamyshovo, with hope I would find you.  I found several people, shared supplies, gave water, but none of them were you.  I killed over 100 zombies, holding the town single handed. Still dressed like a police officer, I will continue to hold Kamyshovo in the hopes of finding you again.  If you are in the area, and need help, come look for me, the lone (living) police officer in the town of Kamyshovo.  

I won’t be able to log in again until monday afternoon (05-25-2020), but with luck…..
