No Footsteps Audio/Missing Audio in game *PLEASE HELP*

I just encountered this bug. It won't go away. In game, in any server, mods or no mods (I have un-subbed and deleted everything, this is happening with a fresh install, all files are verified.) There is no audio for any footsteps, punching certain things makes no noise, and certain zombie noises are silent. I have deleted all files relating to dayz in the games folder, and in documents. I have deleted all workshop content, and unsubscribed from all mods. After doing this, I re installed the game, and even verified my files in Steam after.. There were no missing files as far as Steam is concerned. The bug persists, and the game is unplayable as a result. I am clueless. a fresh install should have done it, and im testing this on official servers. Vanilla game, everything default. I have found only a few other cases of this happening on google, and no one has a solution.
