Allow survivors to use existing in game items to display a variety  of universal  signals.

Example:  I'm not sure a survivor noticed me or speaks my language:

I can Throw my white rag straight into the air; it has a drifting\unfurling effect as it falls which is noticeable from a distance 

Main point: A simple addition could add an additional layer of communication.  This will naturally encourage more dynamic encounters. 

Sidewalk Chalk would check all the boxes.   Please add this
