Does anyone know if in ps4 mod .xml files you can change the stamina or the weather like rain to sunnier days?

As far as I've seen and have read, no. Not yet at least. I've heard rumors of bohemia working on that, but that things like that may get blocked by PlayStation itself due to hardware limits or something like that. But, we'll just have to wait for future updates to know for sure 🙂
