Having problems with connecting for a long time

Hello, my problem is that i cannot join to any server at all, doesn't matter if it's TF2, DayZ, Arma or anything else, with DayZ i get the "host connection rejected" error, past which i can't get and if i still somehow manage, i get kicked seconds after loading in...

Is there any reason for this, or anything that can be done about it? It is very annoying and i do not know what to do.
Connection on phones and wireless devices is really great, but only on PC connected by cable (it's a good and new cable, which has no problems) i have bandwidth problems all the time... 

If anyone knows what to do beside restarting PC/Router or reinstalling net drivers, please let me know!! Thanks!
