No sound on most "vanilla" mod servers

Hi guys, i've recently wanted to play the mod again, long time veteran, but i've encountered an issue: on most of the few "vanilla" (no added mods) 1st and 3rd person servers left in the game, once i load in, i get no sound at all. The only server i get sound is "Terminus". Has anyone experienced the same issue?

I have a few ideas what it could be, but i'm not really sure.

I have Win 10 with Sony MDR-ZX770BN bluetooth headphones. Haven't tried with wired headphones yet, i might do, but out of the 15+ games I play I only get the problem on the Mod.
