Guest Posted March 30, 2020 So I'm having issues with nitrado. Sorry if this is not the spot for this but I couldn't find another spot for it. At times nitrado will revert to our old password. And players are having issues logging in. It says wrong password or your not whitlested. And they are on the list . Anyone else got this issue? I have contacted nitrado but they have yet to respond. Kean__1 144 Posted March 30, 2020 I've had issues with Nitrado in the past but to be honest, they were very responsive to me and actually added quite a few free days to my rental to try and compensate. It was even an issue on BI's side due to problems with them not listing my server for some reason. The issue with the lack of communication could be (in part) due to current circumstances but I would keep trying. All of my exchanges with them were via email IIRC. Either way, I cancelled my server before the update and then rented another just after. Once I saw they were not going to address the new issue with the stuttering (introduced by the update), I quit the game, let my server lapse and called it quits ever since. I'm fed up with the lack of attention to the persistent issues on console and the introduction of new bugs with every update. ....some of which then become persistent, unaddressed issues of their own.
