Offline Mode, Ladders Not Giving Clime UI. Using BuilderItems mod
The current version and others never let you climb ladders. They are in the build (small and large)  set/placed and put into a server they never receive the "CLIME LADDER" functions.

I have tried to put ladders on barns and the hotel in Cherogorsk (with extra pieces parts added) and they never work. I'd love to post my Offline Mode scripts for all to have but I don't want to get tons of keyboard warrior posts about, "hey the ladders don't work!". 

Can this be fixed?

If so, point me in the right direction of how and where. 

Could it be BuilderItems Mod?
