Pressing F does nothing, doors wont open

Hello, i hope this is the right place for this. Ive tried to play DayZ yesterday, tried multiple servers, F wouldnt work at all. My friend (whos not living anywhere close, so definitely not a connection problem with my wifi) has the exact same problem.

We both have the CF, Trader and ToxicZone mods installed. I was hoping this is a known issue thats maybe easy to fix. Thanks in advance.
