Trouble game will freeze on the start screen.

I want to apologize if I'm in the wrong forum but since having a couple of crashes on the cherno map at the water pump and plane crash in cherno city. Then foward to today (2/23/2020) I had small crash while trying to change servers to reunite with a friend and since then I haven't been able to play the game cause it just freezes at the start screen. And I tried uninstall and reinstall to no avail.then I decided to see if I notice anything wrong I thought maybe I need an update and for some reason it's not triggering, then I see that my characters saved data wouldn't show up like if I never played the game. I did make a report with xbox just in case and as im writing this I decided to test again the game and wattayouknow(sorry for the slang) it's freaking working.but anyway I find that I should let you guys know. sorry for bothering you busy guys.hope it keeps working and keep up the awesome work can't have enough of this game.again thanks for your time.

well, i'm getting the same issue... have you found a solution so far? i'm only a delicious recipes chef and i'm pretty new here still learning. could you update on what's going on since you posted that? thanks in advance.

I am having the same issue on Console. when we try to load into the game it completely crashes sometimes and you cant do anything and nothing loads up. we thought it may have been our playstation acting up. 

there were some servers we are just unable to get on because it just crashes whenever we try to load into them.....
