what happen to xbox server de 1462

the server i usually play on (de1462) has been dissapering for hours at a time over the past couple days, now the server has been down 12+ hours. also now there are 2 de1465 server.. can anyone tell me if by chance there is 2 1462 servers on ps4? or at least shine some light on my situation because this is really annoying
