Private Server Owner Unable to Log into Server

So i am an admin on a private xbox server called EXILED RP SURVIVAL and the owner of the can not log into the server at all. We have reached out to Nitrado and just sent a bug report to Bohemia in hopes for a solution. He can log into ANY OTHER SERVER Official of Community but not the one we have money into.  We have tried every option from deleting saved game data, deleting / re installing the game it self, he even bought a new xbox to no avail.  We also made sure white list was active and that no other mistakes were made through the server setting This is a very confusing issue because like i said he can join every other server except his own. Any insight would be Greatly appreciated, next step is to wipe the server if all else fails

"Can't get on" is  a very broad description.

You can describe it in much more detail... does he click on his server (or whatever you console people do) and it doesn't react? Does it start to load and the game crashes? Does he start connecting but then gets a message when he tries to connect? Does he have access to server logs that can help him diagnose what is going on? Do consoles have client side logs that could shed some light? Details....

You can't bring your car to a mechanic and tell him "It doesn't work".... same with asking for help with a game...
