Exclude area from loot respawn

Is there any possibilty of exclusion specific area (including buildings) from appearacne of loot?

Can you verify if I am doing it right?

I've installed DayZ Tools from steam client. When I try to run it I see:
libpng warning iCCP: known incorrect sRGB profile

Anyway I use EconomyEditor and try to open economy.xml. But nothing happens. No map appears, it seems no data are downloaded. Nothing.
