DayZ Launcher doesn't show "command line" checkbox

Hello.
Recently I've accidentaly noticed that in my DayZ Launcher provided by BI i can't find field  "command line" which allows to provide own startup parameters.
Even when I removed directory of launcher and directory with launcher settings and after that verified files with steam client I still don't see this field.
When I installed DZ on second PC everything is OK.

Has anybody idea why this problem occurs?

I've figured it out.

Launcher acts like parameters relay to dayz exe file.

If I run 

DayZLauncher.exe -param=something -param2=something_else

then and ONLY then commandLine field will appear and those parameters (that are now displayed in additional field) will be passed to dayz as starting ones.
