Recipe Mod only Works Offline. Wont Spawn Result

My recipe mod is working just fine offline and spawns the result every time, but when testing on my server it wont spawn the result. It goes through the crafting process, but once finished there's no result and no ingredients are used.

I'm also having trouble with another mod not spawning results from its recipe too.

I'm all out of ideas with this one and would love some suggestions.

Got it working. Disabled all other mods and it works fine. Not sure what mod is the cause, will have to do some tests.
