Like surgeon gloves could push the bar towards precision while using it, the moment you take it off the bonus stops too. On the other way working gloves should push the skill bar toward strength. In addition specialized gear could have others benefits like tactical gloves could reduce the aim oscillation or recoil. Working boots and some other boots could increase the speed when carrying too much weight like crates, tires and logs. And so on.
