Push To Talk (PTT) Handheld & Field Radio

A push to talk button for radios would be nice as a PC player. I've found that people and myself don't really "monitor" the radio because it automatically broadcasts everything you say, so I always carry it turned off, otherwise, I'd probably keep it on and just monitor the airwaves for fun.

It already uses the same PTT button you assign to your in-game voice chat.
