Add stripper clips for faster magazine loading

So I recently learned that both 5.56 and 7.62x39 surplus ammo comes ready loaded into 10 round clips and can be used to load stanag and ak47 mags, same clip for the SKS can be used with ak mags directly while the 5.56 uses an adaptor to load stanag. Obviously 7.62x54r has 5 round clips. 

I think adding clips and other loading equipment while balancing magazine spawns so that 10 and 20rnd mags are more common than 30rnd and drums will make the magazines themselves feel powerful as well as the gun

I also think we need more unique weapon types like combination rifles or chamber adaptors, the blaze seems to be one with an adaptor.

But yea it turns out there is a speedloader for just about anything that shoots
