Server down from nitrado

Are there other having issues with nitrado servers? My server for the last three days has gone down for one to two hours a day. I emailed today but have not heard back.

I was (am) having similar issues for the past couple weeks or so. My server would simply disappear off the list.  I contacted Nitrado but all they could tell me is that the server was up which every time it was by the time they checked.  Problem is that it wasn't when I wanted to play.

This last time they said they have no control if my server isn't on the list within the game. That's a problem with the game, not their server. They did credit me twice for about 3 days each due to my problems but said it's the game.

Unfortunately, I have no idea how to contact BI since they never seem to get back to me or others on these problems. I even tried the other site where you report such things when I've had other issues and it seems they just ignore everyone.

They mentioned server issues before about a week ago on Twitter and said there was no eta on a fix and then went silent.

My server will run out in a couple days and I'm seriously considering just letting it lapse. I'm not going to continue paying for service that I can't always get when I want to play. .....and if that's the case, I'm going to take a break from DayZ or maybe even contact Sony for a refund due to the state of this game like some others have.

This is happening alot more. DayZ players need to revolt till this is fixed.
