Can't open doors/use items in hands - Help please!

Hi,

when joining a server after few minutes I can't open doors or use items in hands.
I dont see options on my screen (F for doors, eat, drink etc).
Also zombie are stuck in one place and they are not moving.

It looks like kind of connection issue, but the ping is about 75-100 and my internet connection is 25 Mb/s.
After relogin back I have the same problem. Everything is working ok but after few minutes once again I can just move around and jump but cant perform any action.

I tried on 5 different official servers.
Looks like some kind of desync? Any idea how it can be fixed?
