Banned becouse something is wrong with my key.

Hello dear community,

I  bought a key for dayz (steam, PC) from the website hrkgame.
After I started the game and logged into a lobby, I immediately got banned because something was wrong with my key.

I immediately contacted the support of hrkgame and they replied to me "Please contact the official support of the game and provide them your code and ask them why you received this error because all keys are unused, valid and officially endorsed by publishers. For further assistance, please provide us with a screenshot presenting the exchange. The key has to be mentioned in the exchange. Please note that the screenshots must be in English. Otherwise, we will not be able to help you. Please note that we check all the evidence with the publishers. The "manipulated documents" will not be confirmed and in this case, you may experience some limits within your account."

You got scammed, simple as that. Keysellers always got a certain risk of selling you faulty keys that will be banned or are already banned because they were in use. There is most likely nothing BIS can do for you because that ban is issued by Battleye.

You can either try to get a different key from that seller (i never heared of yet) as compensation or buy a 100% legit key from steam directly. Everything else is wasted time.
