DZSA Launcher and on Dayz Steam Launcher (Game is still running error)

Whenever I launch Dayz on either the DZSA Launcher or the default one that comes with Steam it will not launch because it believes that Dayz is still running when it is not. I have removed all processes of Battleye, Dayz and DZSA by ending the process and even ending the process tree when going into the details of the process. I have no clue how to fix this issue, any help would be great. https://imgur.com/BQckKoV I found a dayz exe in the details tab and I cannot end it, keeps giving me an access denied error.

Restarting your PC should get rid of that one if you can't end it.
