Is it possible to dress dummies in Offline mode?

There is possibility to spawn dummies of Survivors in Community-Online-Tools spawn menu. But they are spawning naked and any attempt to dress them while they are alive is 0% chance to success. I tried to tie them but action was interrupted by game. Any try to send them in unconscious was ended by their impossibility to stand up. But you can dress them after they fall down, so it means it possible. I've seen ''surrenderdummyitem'' in spawn menu that makes you surrender(you drop your gun and can't enter your inventory while others can) if you take it to hand, but there is a question- how to make them take it to their hands? 

P.s. i'm not native English speaker and i still learning it so im sorry if i wrote anything wrong, thank you in advance for any reply.

P.s.s. I just wanted to check how damage works on different guns and armours, so if you know any another way to check all that, please say it too if possible. I'll maybe do one good damage chart if i do that, so maybe it would be helpful for you too😉.

Tie them with rope and dress them and cut the rope? xd

Unfortunately game stops this action at the beggining. I've tried all tieing stuff
