Vehicles taking damage even when not in use

Date/Time: Past three days

What happened: Vehicles are taking damage to various parts even though they aren't being used. Also when we replace various parts on occasion it doesn't even register that they have been repaired whatsoever.

Where you were: Wilderness

What you were doing: Getting in/out of vehicles

*Current installed version: 1.7.1.5

*Server(s) you were on: US 138

*Your system specs: i7 Quad Core, 2.8GHz, 12GB Ram

*Timeline of events before/after error: Got in, saw damage, got irritated, went to get more parts, repaired. Next day damage was back in spite of vehicle not being used. Went to go get more parts, returned, attempted to repair vehicle, parts consumed but repair not effected.
