Can't connect and play (timeout)

Hello. To begin with, I would like to apologize for bad English (I am not a native speaker of this language).

My problem is that when connecting to any server (official and with mods), I can’t interact with objects. At the same time, other players on the server see me, see how I move (without jerks and other obvious reasons indicating a poor Internet connection). The server also sees me and saves the location when restarting and when throwing start items from the inventory (players can take them and interact in another way). This problem can occur absolutely spontaneously a few minutes after the game (on the official server this occurs after 10-20 minutes of gameplay). Sometimes I just can’t access the server - I get a window with a "Timeout". I tried to check the game’s cache, reinstall, update drivers and other related programs and settings for the game. Even the transition to a different operating system did not help. It is also worth noting that before that (the game was purchased by me in 2015 and I could play the old alpha versions, beta version and post-release versions without problems), this problem was not observed. I would be very grateful for your advice, if you are able to help.

to me it sounds like an internet problem... your router or your Internet provider... have you tried maybe restarting the router? turn it off and wait a few min and turn it on? i mean i don't know but if you tried  everything... reinstalling everything.. even new windows installation... with wiping everything on the PC so it's fresh af... only windows.. if you tried literally everything... then it might be your internet... the router or ISP ( Internet Service Provider ) or maybe even your PC as in PC's Hardware maybe your motherboard? that's the only options that could possible cause issues.. but as i said... idk

Yes, I tried to work with the router and checked the connection - everything works. I understand that the problem is in me and in my connection, but this is the only game where you could notice something like that. I also searched for a long time on the Internet similar to this problem and did not find any information either how to fix it, or mentioning a similar error in general.

You sure it's not the server you're connecting to? nobody really knows what's happening here it's a unique problem xd

I understand that this is the first time and it also surprises me. No similar problems were observed with Arma 2/3. As for the serviceability of the servers, I’m sure, because I went to a lot of official, unofficial and with mods. It was still possible to play at the official ones, but not for long (about half an hour). We checked this with the administrator of one of the community servers and he said that he sees my movement perfectly and how I interact with objects when I did not observe him and his things at all - he just rested against an invisible wall in the place where he stands. Also, the server saves my location and items that I throw out of inventory and the state of my character.
